FLUX-GERÄTE GMBH develops and produces mobile pumps and systems for conveying, metering, transferring, emptying and mixing liquids at its headquarters in Maulbronn. The product range includes drum and container pumps, eccentric screw pumps (VISCOPOWER), drum emptying systems (VISCOFLUX), magnetic centrifugal pumps (MAGSON), immersion and air-operated diaphragm pumps, hose pumps, pump sets such as SAFETEC for emptying encapsulated IBCs, as well as filling systems and mixers for containers up to 30,000 liters. The pump components are made depending on the medium from plastics such as PP, PVDF, ETFE and PTFE as well as stainless steel 1.4571, Hastelloy C or aluminum; filling systems achieve a repeatability of up to ± 0.5 %. The products are used in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, paints and coatings, petrochemicals, surface technology and agriculture. In addition, the company offers flow meters (0.04–380 l/min), original spare parts, repair kits and individual project solutions. In addition to its headquarters, FLUX maintains sales locations, among others, in France, India, the Netherlands, Thailand, the USA, the United Kingdom and China.
