About us

fly-T GmbH was founded in 2010 in Jona SG by Dagmar Hollerer and specialises in training and instructional materials in the field of radiotelephony (RTF). The offering includes private lessons, refresher and intensive courses for VFR and IFR, also helicopter- and balloon-specific, as well as preparation for the FOCA RTF examination. In addition to instruction, the company develops its own e-learning programmes (VFR RTF Training, IFR RTF Training), a theory folder in German and English (Subject 90), a question database with over 260 questions including an examination mode, the RTF for pilots app with a flashcard system and audio, and the Weather Report app for METAR readbacks. Lessons are held flexibly between 0500 and 2400 at a location of choice, via Skype or telephone. The team consists of active pilots, flight instructors and voice instructors.
