About Flying Fox Engineering
Flying Fox Engineering was founded in 2022 by American and Ukrainian entrepreneurs and engineers and develops aerospace and autonomy systems. The company designs compact turbofan engines (Fox Flare 1300), AI mission computers (Fox Ace), and simulation and mission pipelines (Fox Forge), and brings its own UAV platforms such as Fox Fang and Fox Lightning to production readiness. Its manufacturing and development capabilities include rapid prototyping with additive manufacturing, CNC machining, and composite fabrication, additive-in-classic engine components, engine test stands with thrust and TSFC analysis, and flight testing with telemetry. The value chain covers the entire technology stack: propulsion, autonomy, airframe, and software. The company operates US operations in Virginia (USA) and an R&D center in Dnipro (Ukraine) focused on propulsion, AI, and airframe structures.
