About form3D
form3D is a spin-off of the Swiss m4m Center, the Swiss technology transfer center for additive manufacturing, based in Bettlach (SO). The offering builds on many years of experience in research, development and industrial application. In the modernly equipped Training Center, professionals, apprentices and students of higher vocational schools are trained in additive manufacturing in a hands-on, industry-oriented manner. The courses cover the entire process chain – from material selection and component development to Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM), process development and production (plastic and metal 3D printing) through to post-processing, quality assurance and validation. In addition to publicly announced educational events such as the three-day basic module for professionals (hands-on metal 3D printing), customized training courses, workshops and guided tours are offered for companies.
