About Formafoam
Formafoam B.V. develops, manufactures and delivers custom foam products on customer order. The portfolio ranges from simple foam layers and foam blocks through bonded mattress cores to finished end products such as mattresses, pillows, orthopedic aids, furniture components and protective packaging. Polyurethane foams are processed as a matter of principle; polyethylene foams as well as specialty foams such as ethylene and ester foams and egg-crate foam are also available via partners. In addition, the company offers converting of covers, including cutting, overlocking and sewing, prototyping and small series. All cutting technologies are available in-house; production takes place in automated, end-to-end production lines. On request, Formafoam handles the entire delivery and logistics chain including packaging, storage and shipping – nationally and internationally. Based in Born (Netherlands), the company serves the bedding, furniture, packaging and converting industries; products for the medical sector are delivered CE-compliant.
