About FormLED Lighting
FormLED Lighting GmbH is an engineering office based in Karlsruhe specialising in electronics and LED development. Since 2012, the company has implemented custom, intelligent LED solutions for illuminated advertising, light art, interior architecture and trade fair construction – from initial consulting and concept creation through to production-ready serial products. The service portfolio covers end-to-end electronics development: PCB design with Altium Designer (RF design, high-current PCBs, flex/rigid-flex, HDI, impedance-controlled circuits), thermal design, EMC simulation and shielding, as well as firmware and software development for microcontrollers, FPGA/CPLD, apps and IoT connectivity. The product range includes video-capable LED light walls and luminous ceilings (FormLED WALL and TOP), fine-art light boxes (FormLED BOX) with CRI 97, LED wallpaper and the flexible RGBTW LED module Crown. The custom-made products consist of aluminium profiles, printed fabric and keder cloths, acrylic and museum glass as well as non-woven wallpaper with integrated LEDs. Customers include lighting designers, museums, architects, hotels, offices, gyms and the automotive industry. All products are developed and manufactured in Germany (Made in Germany) with a focus on reproducible quality and long-term availability.

Fabric (covering)
Covering of the video-capable LED light wall, optionally printed with individual motifs or logos.
Keder cloths
Determine the light transmission of the luminous ceilings and can be printed.
Acrylic
Acrylic glass panes for fine-art light boxes, replaceable for later motif changes.
Museum glass
High-quality glass panes for light boxes, likewise replaceable for motif changes.
Non-woven (non-woven wallpaper)
Carrier material of the LED wallpaper with integrated white LEDs, can be applied like conventional wallpaper.
