Formlight GmbH is a supplier specialised in lightweight furniture construction, headquartered in Warburg. The company manufactures wrapped profile slats, extruded thin-walled aluminium profiles with decorative wrapping as well as complete furniture components and moulded parts in lightweight and solid material designs for caravan and motorhome manufacturers, the furniture industry, automotive supply and contract furnishing. The value chain extends from cutting of the raw panel through profiling and wrapping with decorative foils to finishing with drillings, punching and surface refinement. More than 100,000 furniture parts leave the Warburg plant every month. As an automotive supplier, the company is certified to DIN ISO 9001 and employs 120 staff, including 7 apprentices who are trained as wood mechanics in the company's own training workshop.
