About ForTwentytwo
ForTwentytwo GmbH, based in Hessisch Lichtenau, is a system provider for CO2-free energy supply solutions for companies and municipalities. The company accompanies projects from the initial idea through to the turnkey handover of the plant – for process energy, heat, cooling or steam. The range of services includes project development, analysis of energy demand and energy flows, technical and financial conception, implementation with detailed planning, permits, assembly and commissioning, as well as 24/7 service and maintenance with performance monitoring and benchmarking. Technological building blocks include heat recovery, heat pumps, combined heat and power including innovative CHP (iCHP), combined heat and power units, solar thermal, biomass, biogas upgrading to biomethane, energy storage and sector coupling. Biogas upgrading based on membrane technology is carried out with partner Bright Renewables from approx. 150 Nm³/h raw biogas, optionally with CO2 and methane liquefaction (LNG). For individual service modules, the company draws on a network of established partners on a manufacturer-independent basis.

Technologies and Solution Modules
Heat Recovery / Heat Recycling
Utilisation of waste heat potentials through heat exchangers in combination with heat pump technology for CO2-free heat and cooling supply.
Heat Pump
Heat and cooling supply including heat source development, such as geothermal energy or industrial and municipal wastewater.
Combined Heat and Power (CHP/iCHP)
Decentralised energy generation, also innovative CHP with solar thermal and electric heat generators (Power-to-Heat).
Biogas Upgrading / Biomethane
Turnkey membrane upgrading systems from approx. 150 Nm³/h raw biogas with partner Bright Renewables, optionally CO2 and methane liquefaction (LNG).
Biomass (Pellets, Wood Chips)
Used for industrial process energy, local and district heating as well as neighbourhood concepts.
Solar Thermal
Building block in local and district heating networks and for industrial process heat through rooftop and ground-mounted systems.
Combined Heat and Power Units
Gas-powered CHP solutions in compact design, also with biomethane/biogas including virtual utilisation.
Energy Storage (Electrical/Thermal)
Alignment of energy demand and generation based on individual load profile analyses.
