FRANK Industrie- und Gebäudetechnik GmbH was founded in 2007 and has been based at Emil-Eigner-Straße 7 in Nördlingen since April 2026; previously the company was located in Landsberg near Halle an der Saale and in Wemding. Since May 2026, David Köhnlein has headed the GmbH as owner and managing director, having taken it over from Jürgen Frank. The company plans and builds industrial plants for businesses in Bavarian Swabia, East Württemberg and neighbouring regions – from a single pipeline to the complete media supply of a production hall. The service portfolio includes pipework in steel, stainless steel and plastics including TIG and MIG/MAG welding, industrial media supply with steam, compressed air, refrigeration and process water, as well as process piping and media pipework through to energy centres. A key focus is plant conversion during ongoing operations with coordinated shutdown windows and prefabrication. Customers include companies from mechanical engineering/automotive, the food, pharmaceutical, cement and chemical industries. Planning and execution are carried out by an in-house team of project managers and fitters, all from a single source.
