The Frank Janssen Bauunternehmen & Planungsbüro was founded in 1999 in Westoverledingen and is an owner-managed construction and planning business. The company realizes custom new builds, conversion and extension works, bathroom modernizations, tiling work, roof renovations and attic conversions. As general contractor, the team handles the entire project workflow, from financing consultation through preliminary designs and construction planning to the building permit application as a service provider authorized to submit building documents. Classic construction works are partly carried out in-house, while larger projects are coordinated entirely as general contracting. Since its founding, more than 260 objects have been built as general contractor, along with numerous private homes converted and renovated. The catchment area covers the Westoverledingen, Papenburg and Leer region.
