Founded on 1 April by Karl-Heinz Frank in Heilbronn, Östlicher Bretterweg 101; business purpose: acceptance of scrap and old metals of all kinds.

Father-in-law Willi Klumpp joins the company.
- 1973
Expansion of the machinery and vehicle fleet with a Mercedes Benz 808 roll-off tipper and a Fuchs hydraulic excavator.

Expansion of the operating site due to growing scrap turnover.

Willi Klumpp leaves the company; Marco Frank joins the business.
