About Frank Zallmann CNC

Frank Zallmann CNC Drehen & Fräsen is an owner-managed family business in Berlin that has been producing precision parts by machining since 1967, now in its third generation. The core business is CNC machining of almost all materials: CNC turning on MORI SEIKI machines (2, 3 and 4 axes, collet and chuck parts) as well as CNC milling on HURCO machines in 3- and 5-axis configurations. The company produces turned and milled parts from aluminium, brass, stainless steel, titanium and plastics such as PEEK and PA – from prototypes and single parts to repair parts to small and medium series of up to 5,000 pieces. For post-processing, fine boring, turning and pillar drilling machines as well as an automatic band saw are available; grinding (cylindrical/flat), hardening and surface finishing such as anodising, galvanising and painting are arranged through qualified suppliers. Customers come from industry and the trades as well as from the automotive, aerospace and medical technology sectors. The company produces and administers at a single location on Kühnemannstraße in Berlin-Reinickendorf and has been ISO 9001 certified since 1996.
