About Frankovics
Frankovics is a family-run mid-sized company founded in 1993 in Lauchheim, Baden-Württemberg. The company manufactures single parts up to completely assembled jigs and special machines including functional testing to customer specifications – industry-independent with focal points in the automotive and pharmaceutical industries. On 1000 m² of production and 200 m² of assembly floor space, CNC milling machines (3, 4 and 5 axes, mill-turn), CNC lathes with sub-spindle and bar feeding, EDM machines (wire, sinker and start-hole EDM), a grinding shop for surface and cylindrical grinding as well as a sawing shop are available. In the assembly hall with a 5-t overhead crane, even large stations can be built up. More than 20 employees and five apprentices cover all common manufacturing processes in-house; for parts beyond the company's own depth of production, it draws on long-standing partners, assuming responsibility for quality and on-time delivery.

Machining centers from DMG with up to 1080 mm X travel, also as mill-turn with NC rotary table, for single and series parts.
CNC and conventional turning
Turning diameters up to 410 mm (CTX beta 800 V6 with sub-spindle and bar feeding), conventional up to 1550 mm between centers.
EDM (wire, sinker, start-hole)
Wire EDM up to 600×400×310 mm, sinker EDM with electrode changer, start-hole EDM with drilling diameters 0.3–3.0 mm.
Contract grinding (surface and cylindrical)
Surface grinding of parts up to 400×1000 mm and cylindrical grinding up to 1000 mm length as contract manufacturing.
