Franz Bachleitner Holzverarbeitung manufactures building-biologically impeccable solid wood doors made from massive timber under the Balance Solid Wood Products brand. Production is carried out in a craft tradition according to building-biology principles, largely by hand, combined with machine processing. In addition to complete interior doors made of solid wood, semi-finished products such as solid wood door leaves are produced for carpentry businesses. Upon customer request, the company also carries out finishing work such as surface treatments. The company is flexible in design and surface finish and manufactures individual one-of-a-kind pieces to customer specifications. At the Schaftlach site, a through-feed press, a frame machining center, and a CNC center are available; a showroom presents the range of solid wood doors.
