The binder Group, headquartered in Neckarsulm, has been a family-owned company since 1960 and is one of the leading specialists for circular connectors. The portfolio ranges from subminiature and miniature connectors to power and medical-grade connectors, automation components (M5, M8, M12, M16, M23, 7/8"), cable assemblies and complete modules with integrated connectors. In addition to automated connector manufacturing, the Group covers the entire value chain: zinc die-cast housings (binder diecast), punched and turned parts (binder precision parts), electroplating and contact plating with silver or gold (binder galvanic surfaces), electronic manufacturing services (binder ems), as well as individual development and design via binder solutions and the Innovation and Technology Center in Bad Rappenau. Housings are made of metal, stainless steel and plastic; cable jackets are made of PUR, PVC, TPE and TPE-U; protection ratings up to IP68/IP69K are available. The company, with around 2,000 employees, serves industries such as automation, medical technology, measurement and control technology, robotics, agriculture, energy and transport through nine sales offices and 45 sales partners on five continents.
