Franz Josef Mayer GmbH, headquartered in Pottendorf (Lower Austria), has been a partner to the manufacturing industry since 1951 in the fields of printing technology, plastics technology and robotics. As a system supplier, the company combines the distribution of leading manufacturer brands (including TAMPOPRINT, BERGSTEIN, MIMAKI, RINCO, Doosan) with its own special-purpose machinery construction. In its own production facility, customized production systems are built, such as fully automatic pad printing systems for keg closure caps and snow chain parts, as well as assembly machines. In robotics, FJ Mayer develops and distributes the HYDRA cobot palletizer in variants with payloads from 6 to 25 kg for end-of-line applications in logistics and packaging automation. The portfolio includes, in addition to machinery sales, system planning, customer-specific adaptations, individual safety engineering, assembly and commissioning, training, and risk assessment with CE declaration of conformity. Printing sampling is carried out in the company's own test and laboratory center. Customers come from, among others, the food, consumer goods, automotive, medical/pharmaceutical and electronics sectors.
