About Franz Moderegger GmbH
Franz Moderegger GmbH is a manufacturer of technical plastic parts founded in 1974 and based in Bischofswiesen in the Berchtesgadener Land region. The company offers the complete process chain: from development and customer consulting through 2D/3D design and in-house toolmaking to series production, finishing and assembly. At its core are plastic injection moulding with a maximum part weight of 350 g, 2K multi-component injection moulding, micro injection moulding and the overmoulding of metal parts using NC insert robots. The 1,200 m² production facility on a 3,500 m² total site is highly automated with NC-controlled injection moulding machines, automatic material supply, colour dosing systems and insert and removal robots; production runs in three shifts 365 days a year. The offering is complemented by high-resolution 3D printing with a 0.015 mm layer thickness, finishing work such as hot stamping, ultrasonic welding, dispensing, painting and printing, as well as assembly and contract work, including at a smaller assembly site in Hungary. Customers include companies from medical technology, electrical/electronics and the automotive industry, including Bosch, Siemens, BMW and Osram.
