FreeLeaves GmbH, based in Bad Oeynhausen, develops and produces bulk goods covers for plastic granulates and other bulk materials under the seal-IT brand. The covers fit universally on Octabins, wire mesh boxes and Gaylords of various sizes and shapes and protect the contents from dust, foreign particles, mixing and moisture. They are foldable, maintenance-free, reusable and equipped with up to three openings for suction pipes (diameter 30–80 mm) for multi-machine feeding. Optionally, the covers are grounded against static charge, fitted with a replaceable fleece for moisture absorption, or equipped with positions for sensors such as temperature, fill level and humidity measurement. A compartment for the material accompanying card and a crystal-clear center section for visual inspection are part of the equipment. Production takes place in Germany, with worldwide delivery. Customers include plastics processors such as Alutrim Europe, Heinze Kunststofftechnik, ProMinent, 3P Präzisions Plastic Produkte and TKT Kunststofftechnik.
