Freesmile Rosenberg

About Freesmile

Freesmile Rosenberg is a bicycle retailer with its own workshop in Rosenberg (Baden-Württemberg). The product range includes the brands TREK, ORBEA, KTM, FOX Racing, Bell, Santa Cruz and ben-e-bike. Customers can take test rides in the store; afterwards, measurements and ergonomic adjustments are carried out, and the bike is individually configured and ordered with the desired color and components. The workshop offers, among other things, annual customer service with a 100-point check, e-bike diagnostics with software updates, fork and shock service for FOX and RockShox, as well as an emergency and minor-repair service for bikes of all brands. In addition, new bike assembly, bikefitting with body analysis and measurements, and handling via common bike leasing providers are offered. Drop-off and pickup appointments can be booked online.
