Frei AquaService AG, headquartered in Aesch (BL), is a long-established, independent Swiss manufacturer of water technology. The company develops, assembles and distributes water treatment systems – from compact water softeners for private households to complex pharmaceutical systems. The portfolio comprises water softeners of the Fawa line (ion exchange), reverse osmosis systems of the Fatro line, cartridge demineralization (Faon), dosing systems for corrosion protection (Fados), UV water disinfection (Fades), ultrapure water systems (Fatron), filtration (Fafil) and analysis devices for water hardness monitoring (Testomat). The systems are assembled in the company's own manufacturing facility in Aesch and delivered to industries such as pharmaceuticals and food production, chemicals, energy and power plants, HVAC technology, hotels as well as hospitals. The offering is complemented by consulting, installation, commissioning, training, maintenance contracts and a 24/7 emergency service 365 days a year. A second location in Höri (ZH) ensures the service and warehouse presence in Eastern Switzerland. Since 2012, the quality management system has been certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
