FREIHOF Brauerei & Hofstube in Gossau (SG) combines its own brewery with trendy experiential gastronomy. At the location at Flawilerstrasse 46, home-brewed, naturally cloudy beers are produced, including classics such as Lager hell, Dunkel and Weizen, the non-alcoholic FKK as well as rotating specialty and seasonal beers such as Pomona IPA, Oaked Amber Ale, Espresso Stout, Yoga, Frühling, Winter IPA, Abendrot and Festbier. The offering includes a restaurant (Hofstube), bar, beer garden with children's playground, an 18-hole minigolf course, a Cigar Lounge with outdoor terrace as well as spacious premises for banquets, seminars, meetings and individual events such as weddings. In addition, there are brewery tours with tastings, a beer experience dinner in the brewhouse, customizable beer labels, rental furniture and Durstwehr for events, as well as a sales shop (Lädeli) and an online shop with own products.
