The Fresh Food & Beverage Group (FFB-Group) is part of Migros Industrie and produces food and beverages in Switzerland for the Swiss market. The range comprises around 6'000 products, including bakery products, pasta, snacks, beverages, convenience products, mineral water, syrup and sushi. The group comprises the Fresh Food & Beverage Group AG, the Hug Bäckerei AG, the Aproz Sources Minérales SA as a supplier of mineral water and syrup, as well as the Sushi Mania SA. With around 4'400 employees, including 218 apprentices in 13 apprenticeship professions, the company produces at 12 locations in Switzerland; including in-house bakeries and Sushi Corners, there are around 150 locations. The portfolio includes products such as Ice Tea, Generoso-Cake, Krustenkranz, egg pasta and Pommes Frites.
