The Fresh Food & Beverage Group (FFB-Group) is part of Migros Industrie and produces popular foods in Switzerland every day – including Ice Tea, Generoso cake, Krustenkranz, egg pasta and French fries. The group unites four companies: the Fresh Food & Beverage Group AG with a range of baked goods, pasta, snacks, beverages and convenience products, the Hug Bäckerei AG with traditional and modern baking craft, the Aproz Sources Minérales SA as the market leader in mineral water and syrup, and the Sushi Mania SA for ultra-fresh Asian cuisine. Around 4'400 employees work at 12 group sites as well as approximately 150 in-house bakeries and Sushi Corners across Switzerland. The product range comprises around 6'000 products. As part of the international orientation of Migros Industrie, private-label development and production is a core competence; subsidiaries and marketing structures exist, among others, in Germany, England, France, Italy, Holland, Spain, Canada, the USA and Asia.
