Friede Kompressoren GmbH from Achim near Bremen specialises in the planning, distribution, installation and service of complete compressed air systems and compressed air components. As a contract partner of Atlas Copco Kompressoren GmbH, the company, with 32 employees and over 30 years of experience, offers systems for compressed air, nitrogen and vacuum generation as well as cooling water technology. The projects department, with fitters, mechanical engineering technicians and engineers, realises more than 150 installations annually, from smallest sub-assemblies to compressor room and hall installations through to turnkey compact systems. A focal point is the construction of customer-specific mobile skid and container systems for compressed air, nitrogen and vacuum, as individual units or in modular design. The service offering includes maintenance contracts, a 24-hour emergency service, rental systems, vessel inspections in cooperation with DEKRA, energy consulting as well as leak detection and remediation. Certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and as an SCCP company for the petrochemical industry.

Quality
The quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001:2015 by LRQA (first certification in 1997) and covers engineering, project engineering, installation and assembly, trade and service of compressed air and cooling water technology systems. As an SCCP-certified contractor (unrestricted certificate for the petrochemical industry), the company also carries out internal and strength testing of pressure vessels up to 1,000 l/bar with competent persons, in cooperation with DEKRA.
