Fifth-generation family business
FRIEDR. ISCHEBECK GmbH is a fifth-generation family business based in Ennepetal (South Westphalia) that develops and produces products for the construction industry in three core areas: geotechnics, formwork systems and trench shoring systems. The core product is the self-drilling TITAN system, used as a micropile, anchor or soil nail; the ribbed steel tube made of fine-grained structural steel with a continuous TITAN thread serves as a lost drill rod, injection pipe and reinforcement bar. In the formwork systems area, the company manufactures formwork props, aluminium formwork beams and slab formwork systems made of high-strength aluminium and steel; the trench shoring range includes channel struts, the TITAN aluminium light-duty shoring system (up to 3 m depth) and the TITAN steel shoring system (up to 6 m depth). Manufacturing takes place at the Ennepetal production site strictly according to German and international standards, using among others steel, fine-grained structural steel, high-strength aluminium and plastic. The company is represented with subsidiaries and sales partners in 19 countries and employs around 650 people worldwide; in addition, it offers formwork planning, on-site support and digital planning tools (smartTITAN).

Materials and processes
Steel
Base material for channel struts, formwork props, trench shoring systems and construction equipment, partly painted or galvanized.
Fine-grained structural steel
Material of the ribbed TITAN steel load-bearing element with steel grade according to the European standard.
Aluminium (high-strength)
High-strength aluminium for aluminium formwork beams, slab formwork and aluminium light-duty shoring, calculated according to EN 1999-1-1.
Plastic
Used in the prop range to complement steel and aluminium.
Malleable cast iron
Historic material of the company's own foundry; castings in small and large series.
Cement suspension
Grouting body with W/C = 0.4–0.5 for corrosion protection and load transfer of the TITAN micropile.
