Friedrich Industrievertretung OHG was founded in 1976 by Winfried Friedrich and is today run in the second generation by Jochen and Thomas Friedrich. The company operates as an industrial sales agency in the heating and sanitary sector in Baden-Württemberg and represents the manufacturers Allmess, Wittigsthal, Hecon, HZ Weitzel and Dehoust. Its focus is on heat and water metering (water and heat meters, radio systems, M-BUS remote reading), pre-assembled metering, distribution and control stations, pre-wall installations with skirting boards and riser profiles as well as steel and plastic storage tanks for heating oil and diesel fuel. Complementary services include the billing service for heating and ancillary building costs, a meter rental service, calibration deadline monitoring, consumption-based energy performance certificates, smoke detector service and drinking water analyses. Distribution is consistently via the three-tier route through industry, specialized wholesale and the trade. Since 1996 the company has been headquartered in the Siebenlinden industrial estate in Rottenburg am Neckar with 550 m² of office space, a training room and 450 m² of warehouse space.
