About Frifrench
Frifrench is a Swiss provider of salad dressings. The original French dressing was created by Paul Fries, a restaurateur in the canton of Appenzell; the original recipe was developed at the restaurant in Gais and has remained unchanged ever since. The product range includes, alongside the classic French dressing with sunflower oil, skimmed milk, herbs and eggs from free-range pigs or free-range chickens, also the lighter yoghurt variant Jogufrench, the organic variant Biofrench without preservatives and colourings, the creamy French Generation with tomato and tarragon, and the Mediterranean Balsamico dressing with Aceto Balsamico di Modena. The products are available in French and German and are sold, among others, via Migros, Volg and Spar.
