FRIGOTROL Kältemaschinen GmbH was founded in 1980 in Mannheim as a subsidiary of a major plastics processor and has specialized for over 40 years in tailor-made solutions in heating and refrigeration technology. The company plans, manufactures and maintains industrial refrigeration systems, temperature control units, process cooling, energy centers, large-scale heat pumps, acoustic enclosures and control technology – as custom builds and increasingly as standardized series solutions. Manufacturing takes place at the company's own production facility in Mannheim according to the Made in Germany principle, preferably with natural refrigerants such as propane (R290), ammonia (NH3) and carbon dioxide (CO2), which are not affected by planned bans on synthetic refrigerants. In addition to technical planning and individual design, FRIGOTROL offers project support, energy monitoring, maintenance and leak testing to VDMA and VDI standards, spare parts service and rental models. Customers come from plastics processing, the food industry, general industry, the housing sector, municipalities and non-residential buildings.
