FRIMA GmbH & Co. KG
Emden, Germany · Sharjah, UAENew on Amplifa
System partner for concrete block plants
FRIMA is an owner-managed family company from Emden specializing in the design, production, assembly and modernization of concrete block plants. As a system supplier, the company develops complete plants from a single source: concrete block machines (E500, P650, HP800 to HP1400), vibration and handling systems, mixing and batching plants in planetary design, finishing systems (washing plant, bossing plant, Colormix) as well as control and packaging systems. The product range also includes plant layouts as I-shape, U-shape, circulation or special configurations for the fully automatic series production of paving stones, kerbstones, concrete slabs, wall and hollow blocks as well as garden elements. In addition, FRIMA offers brand-independent RetroFIT conversions, project work and after-sales services such as repair, maintenance, spare parts, remote maintenance and training. The production and process expertise covers design, mechanical engineering, assembly, handling, packaging and finishing technology. Customers come from concrete block production and the building materials industry; reference projects have been implemented, among others, in Germany, France, Egypt and the UAE. In addition to its headquarters in Emden, FRIMA maintains a branch in Sharjah (UAE) with FRIMA Middle East, including a sales team and spare parts warehouse. The company's plants are in operation in 35 countries on four continents.

Materials and processes
Concrete
Base material for the industrial production of concrete block products in FRIMA plants.
Core concrete
Prepared and dosed in FRIMA's own planetary core concrete mixers up to 3000/2000 liters.
Facing concrete
Applied for two-color or refined block surfaces via separate facing mixers (e.g. 500/330 liters).
Cement
Binder, dosed via cement screws and cement scales in the mixing and batching plants.
Aggregates
Dosed via silos, weighing belts and mobile weighing buckets.
Earth-moist concrete
Processed production material in FRIMA concrete block machines.
