About frischli
frischli Milchwerke GmbH is a German food manufacturer with its headquarters in Rehburg-Loccum (Lower Saxony) and three further dairy plants in Weißenfels (Saxony-Anhalt), Eggenfelden (Bavaria) and Schöppingen (North Rhine-Westphalia). The four milk processing operations produce around 120 long-life and fresh dairy products: milk, cream, cocoa, puddings, desserts, yoghurt, quark, coffee creamer portions, ice cream mix products and, since 2021, purely plant-based oat-based products. The Eggenfelden site, frischli Milchwerke GmbH & Co Huber oHG, is one of the largest producers of coffee creamer portions in Europe, manufacturing around 2.5 billion cups annually, partly in cooperation with the Hochwald Group. The Weißenfels dairy plant specialises in quark, while the Sahnemolkerei H. Wiesehoff produces fresh dairy products for bulk consumers, ice cream mix and longer-life cream for export. Well-known products include the ready-to-drink cocoa Nesquik, sold with Nestlé since 1987, and the milk-quark meal Leckermäulchen. The raw milk comes from German quality dairy farms certified under QM-Milch. For 2024, the cooperation with H. & J. Brüggen KG and the founding of The Oat Factory GmbH in Rehburg-Loccum are documented.
