About Us
Fritschi Fensterbau AG was founded in 1908 as a carpentry shop in Wil ZH and is today a Swiss window manufacturer with around 30 employees. In its own production facility in Wil ZH, it produces wood, wood-metal, and wood-aluminium windows of the Fenlife brand, lift-sliding and folding-sliding elements, house and side entrance doors, folding walls, round and segmental windows, fixed glazing, and EI30 fire protection windows. The manufacturing process includes wood processing with laser-guided planing, frame pressing, metal cutting of aluminium profiles, painting and lacquering, fitting hardware, and glazing with 2-layer or 3-layer insulating glass. Primarily spruce wood from domestic stocks, oak, and the aluminium alloy Green Low GL with at least 85% post-consumer recycling content are used. The assortment is supplemented by certified external products such as plastic and full aluminium windows. Customers include developers, architects, and municipalities in the fields of new construction, renovation, and conversion; installation and service (glass replacement, maintenance, burglary protection retrofit) are provided in Switzerland.
