About Fritz Präzisionstechnik

Fritz Präzisionstechnik GmbH manufactures precision turned and milled parts to drawing in Buchheim – from prototype through small and medium series to large-scale series. The range of services includes CNC turning (Ø4 to Ø300), CNC milling on 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centers (working area up to approx. 1000 x 600 x 510 mm), hard turning of hardened steel up to 64 HRc (Ø4 to Ø50), sawing up to 6000 mm in length, surface finishing by grinding, sandblasting, Scotch-Brite finishing, vibratory finishing and laser marking, as well as the assembly of components into finished assemblies including initial sample inspection report. Materials processed include aluminium, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, titanium, iron and plastics. Customers come from mechanical engineering, hydraulics as well as medical, aerospace and automotive technology. Quality management has been certified to ISO 9001 since 2008; the company employs around 40 skilled workers including three apprentices and provides in-house training. Programming is carried out via CAD/CAM with Mastercam and SolidCAM/SolidWorks.
