About Frl. Diehl
Frl. Diehl is a caramel manufactory in Koblenz's old town that produces golden, soft caramel by hand. The product range includes caramel candies in various flavors (including sea salt, natural, chocolate & sea salt), caramel crème (sea salt, vanilla) as well as caramelized granola muesli in organic quality. The caramel mass made from organic beet sugar from Germany, butter, fresh cream, glucose, spices and hand-harvested Flor de Sal is slowly stirred in a copper pot, poured into molds or onto a marble slab, left to cool, cut and individually wrapped by hand. Since 2024, the company has been organically certified and relies on regional raw materials, resource-conserving processes and recyclable packaging. In addition to the retail store at the Church of Our Lady, Frl. Diehl distributes its products via an online shop with delivery within Germany; gift boxes are also offered for weddings and corporate customers.
