About Fröhlich & Klüpfel
Fröhlich & Klüpfel is a manufacturer specializing in compressed air technology, based in Wuppertal. The company produces a broad range of pneumatic hammers – including lettering hammers, chisel and riveting hammers, rammers, small quarrying hammers as well as quarrying and demolition hammers – together with the associated accessories such as chisels, ramming feet, fittings and hoses. A second business field is fully automatic decoring systems for the economical decoring of castings made of light metal, aluminium and grey cast iron; as a reference product, a system for aluminium cylinder heads was realized jointly with Mercedes Benz at the Mettingen plant. The pneumatic tools are developed in close cooperation with stonemasons and stone sculptors and are characterized by sound- and vibration-damped, ergonomic and easy-to-maintain construction. Customers come from the foundry industry, the stonemason and stone sculptor trade, mining and construction; the delivery area covers Europe as well as China, Japan, Brazil and South Africa.
