About Frohraum
Frohraum GmbH, based in Berlin, specializes in the sale and production of custom-made solid wood furniture. Customers configure tables, beds, shelving, wardrobes, sideboards, extending tables, chairs and other furniture pieces in an online configurator with 3D view, and determine dimensions, wood species, panel thickness and surface finish themselves. Only hardwoods from sustainable forestry are used – maple, beech, heartwood beech, ash, oak, wild oak, cherry and walnut – as well as glass and high-quality fittings. Manufacturing takes place in affiliated workshops in Germany, combining craftsmanship with modern production technologies; precise centimeter-perfect custom dimensions and special requests are possible. Surface treatments include oiling (including Biofa natural oil), waxing and lacquering. Sales are exclusively through direct distribution via country shops for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, complemented by showrooms in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Bad Säckingen, consultation, 3D laser measurement and assembly services, as well as delivery by furniture forwarding.
