About Froli
Founded in 1962, Froli is an owner-managed family company headquartered in Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock (East Westphalia) that develops and manufactures ergonomic sleep and seating systems, plastic components and custom plastic solutions for industry, OEMs and the retail trade. Its in-house vertical integration includes its own toolmaking, plastic injection moulding (shot volume 1–2,500 g, clamping forces 25–500 t), PUR integral foam moulded parts, deep drawing/thermoforming, metal processing, wood processing, sewing/upholstery and the assembly of ready-to-install assemblies. Materials include thermoplastics, bioplastics, polyurethane (PUR integral foam, cold foam), aluminium and veneered woods. The products are used in recreational vehicles, office furniture and ORGA systems, hotels, clinics as well as rehabilitation and care. Since 2006, additional production has taken place at the Froli Baltic plant in Ventspils (Latvia); an in-house development department with an ergonomics laboratory and material and workpiece testing supports projects from idea to series production.
