About Lobster Lager
Lobster Lager is a project of Frontira International GmbH based in Salzburg. Father Gerhard Erschwendner, brewmaster and certified beer sommelier at eibachbraui in Gelterkinden (Switzerland), and son Stefan Erschwendner, founder of Frontira, combine brewing craftsmanship and AI: using the open-source assistant OpenClaw and the custom-developed software brewOS, brewing of the original Amber Lager is agentically assisted under human supervision; the physical brewing decisions remain with the brewmaster. In addition, local beer editions are created with regional brewing partners such as Red Bus Brewing Company (Folsom, California) and Lahnsteiner Brauerei (Berlin) for events and keynotes. Customers and venues include SPAR ICS, NVIDIA, DigitalOcean and House of AI. The Lobster Lager keynote is available in German or English, 20 to 60 minutes, optionally with a beer tasting.
