About us

Frosch Oberflächentechnik GmbH is a contract coating company in Finnentrop in the Sauerland region. Founded in 2018 by Frank Robert Schulze, the company offers a broad spectrum of surface treatment: sandblasting up to cleanliness grade SA3, electrostatic powder coating with epoxy, polyester and polyurethane powder coatings including corrosion protection up to protection class C5I/C5M, as well as PVC plastisol rubber coating by dip coating with layer thicknesses of 0.5 to 7 mm. The portfolio is complemented by paint stripping, in-house jig and fixture construction, cutting-plotter masking, 3D printing, assembly, and shipping and transport. Materials processed include steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, hot-dip galvanized components, plastics, glass and wood. Customers come from medical technology, mechanical engineering, the electrical industry, automotive (Tier 1), agricultural machinery, galvanizing plant construction and mining; in the surrounding region the company also serves private customers. From samples and one-off parts to series of more than 10,000 components, orders are manufactured individually; economical operation and ecological sustainability, such as nearly 100% material recovery and wastewater treatment, are part of the company philosophy.
