About us

Fruchtgroßhandel Schepp, based in Cadolzburg near Fürth, is a family-run wholesaler for fruit, vegetables and fresh produce. The company has existed in its current form since 1998, preceded by over 15 years of experience in vegetable and fruit sales as well as processing. Its focus is on selling classic crate goods and producing kitchen- and bake-ready products, whose range is continuously being expanded. These include cut salads, raw vegetable mixes, fruit salads, antipasti and potato products, with cut sizes and shapes also produced to customer specifications. With around 17 employees, approximately 150 customers and seven of its own delivery vehicles, Schepp supplies gastronomy businesses, large-scale kitchens, catering services, large bakeries and butchers in the Nuremberg/Fürth region. Orders are possible from 1 kg to 750 pieces up to a full pallet; daily fresh purchasing is followed by an unbroken cold chain. As a member of Food Network GmbH, the company benefits from being part of a purchasing association of independent fruit wholesalers across Germany.
