Family-owned company for helix manufacturing
FS Maschinenbau GmbH is an Austrian family-owned company based in Gschwandt (Upper Austria), founded in 2012 by Ferdinand Secklehner and building on more than 30 years of expertise in helix manufacturing. The company develops and manufactures machines and complete production lines for helix geometries – in particular rotors and stators for drilling motors (power sections) and PCP pumps as well as screws made of metal and plastic. The portfolio comprises rotor milling centers, peeling machines, CNC polishing centers and hydraulic NC straightening machines, stator systems for vulcanization of rubber lining (glycol fluid baths) as well as core pullers and whirling and milling machines for screw manufacturing and HVOF thermal spray coating. In addition, FS Maschinenbau offers special-purpose machinery, contract manufacturing of complex special parts from single pieces to series production, retrofit and PLC/CNC automation of existing machines, as well as 3D CAD design and 3D scanning. Customers include leading pump manufacturers, drilling service providers and companies from the oil, gas, plastics, steel and chemical industries; deliveries are made worldwide.
