About FSA Zuführtechnik
FSA Zuführtechnik GmbH, based in Amberg, is part of the RNA Group and specializes in the development and CAD/CAM-based manufacture of sorting bowls made of polyamide and aluminum for micro and small parts. The feeding systems include, in addition to milled sorting bowls (vibratory bowl feeders), vibratory and linear conveyors, hoppers, conveyor belts and control units. Thanks to the CAD/CAM design, all milled sorting bowls are fully reproducible and simulatable; using RNA's simulation software, a digital twin of the system is created whose function is verified before construction. In addition, AI and 3D (Geometric) Deep Learning are used for the development of sorting lines. Polyamide sorting bowls are available with FDA approval. Customers come from medical technology, the automotive industry, the electrical industry, the consumer goods and packaging industries, and general industrial automation.
