About FSM Stamping
FSM Stamping combines the more than 80 years of experience of FSM Syscomp GmbH and FSM Motec GmbH in the high-volume production of stamped and formed parts as well as the associated tooling and automation technology. The company manufactures demanding precision components ranging from individual safety parts to finished system assemblies – including body structures, seat structures and closing systems for the automotive industry, housings and stainless steel components for household appliances, and high-strength anchoring elements for rail technology. The formed parts cover material thicknesses of 0.5 to 10 mm; in use are punching presses with press forces of 300 to 16,000 kN and transfer presses with table sizes up to 5,200 × 2,300 mm. A patented, material-saving nesting process and mother coils weighing up to 30 t and up to 1.8 m in width improve material utilization by up to 30 %. In addition to stamping and forming technology, the company offers riveting, Tox and clinch joining, MAG welded assemblies with 6-axis welding robots, plastic encapsulation, fully automatic application of sealing foams, as well as design consulting, tool development and prototype construction. Production extends across the Hennigsdorf and Nauen sites; offices in Stolberg and Mettmann ensure customer-adjacent consulting and project management.
