fsms GmbH, based in Leonding near Linz, is a service operation specializing in the repair and maintenance of household appliances and consumer electronics. The company is an authorized warranty service partner for the brands Samsung, LG, Segway-Ninebot, TCL, Sony and Hisense and repairs, among other things, washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, refrigerators, televisions, e-scooters and vacuum cleaners – with the exception of game consoles. Its services include warranty repairs, cost estimates for devices outside the warranty period, diagnostics and replacement of defective components, as well as customer advice and maintenance. Repairs are carried out in the company's own workshop in Leonding, via a pickup service throughout Austria, or by field service technicians directly at the customer's premises in selected regions. Through the government's device repair premium (Geräte-Retter-Prämie), customers can save up to 50% of repair costs (max. 130 euros per repair). fsms GmbH is a member of the WKO, Provincial Guild of Communications Electronics Technicians.
