About Fuchshofer Präzisionstechnik
Fuchshofer Präzisionstechnik GmbH is an Austrian metalworking company founded in 1994, headquartered in Eibiswald (Styria). On around 6,000 m² of production space, more than 130 employees manufacture high-precision components in three production areas: CNC manufacturing (turning with up to 9 axes, milling 3- to 5-axis), ultrasonic machining of technical ceramics, glass, graphite and hard metals, and additive manufacturing using Laser Powder Bed Fusion via the subsidiary Fuchshofer Advanced Manufacturing (FAM GmbH). The company machines a broad range of materials, including aluminium, stainless steel, titanium and nickel-based alloys as well as high-performance materials such as silicon carbide, ZERODUR® and fused silica. The portfolio is complemented by complete solutions: material procurement, CAD/CAM engineering, heat treatment in the company's own annealing furnace, surface finishing with partners, assembly of assemblies and metrology. Customer industries include aerospace, defence, the semiconductor industry, mechanical and plant engineering, engine manufacturing, medical technology, metrology and chemistry. The company is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and EN 9100.
