Fude + Serrahn Milchprodukte GmbH & Co. KG is a globally operating production and trading company for dairy products with headquarters in Hamburg. Founded in 2001, the company processes large quantities of raw milk at 10 of its own dairy sites in Germany and Europe into butter, milk, cheese, yoghurt, desserts, ayran, milk powder, UHT milk and liquid semi-finished products. Its customers include food retail, large-scale consumers and the food industry; private label production and contract processing on a tolling basis are part of its service portfolio. Through the trading division F+S Trading, dairy products are sold to more than 50 countries. An own tanker haulage fleet with more than 140 vehicles, coordinated from Gransee and Velen, secures the liquid logistics. With around 1,200 employees and approximately 600 active milk producers, the group generates annual revenue of more than 1.5 billion euros.
