About Fural Soft Akustik
Fural Systeme in Metall GmbH, based in Gmunden, Austria, manufactures and distributes acoustic systems as design elements for interiors under the Soft Akustik brand. The product range includes ceiling and wall systems (including Float, Balance, Artwork), suspended systems such as Absorber Plano and Rondo, adhesive systems (Absorber Linear, Acoustic Panel, Plano, Pyramide, Waffel), screens and room dividers, as well as insert systems for suspended ceiling grids. Products are made from laminated PET sandwich elements, melamine resin foam (Basotect), 100 % polyester fleece, textile coverings (Trevira CS, pure wool felt) and glass-cellulose fleece; support profiles and suspensions are made of anodized or bright-drawn aluminum and steel cable. The acoustic elements are flexibly configurable in size, in some cases up to 10,000 x 5,000 mm, and achieve absorber classes up to A. The technical expertise is based on over four decades of sound insulation planning; the acoustic products of the former pinta acoustic GmbH are continued as Fural Systeme SG Bauakustik. Fields of application include office and conference rooms, educational facilities, canteens, event spaces, exhibition and assembly venues, production facilities, hygiene and cleanrooms as well as swimming pools.

History
Fural took over machinery and test reports for the acoustics division, as well as many employees, from the insolvent pinta systems GmbH in Maisach.
The acoustic products of pinta acoustic GmbH have since been managed under 'pinta acoustic GmbH – now Fural Systeme SG Bauakustik' and marketed as Soft Akustik.
