About Furniture Clinic

Founded in 2004 by Keith and Ben Staerck, Furniture Clinic is a British manufacturer of specialist products for the cleaning, repair and restoration of leather, fabric and wood. The range includes over 100 specialist products such as cleaners, dyes, paints, fillers, adhesives, protective creams and kits for furniture, car interiors and garden furniture. All products are developed, tested, filled, labelled and sealed at the company's own 50,000 sq ft (approx. 4,650 m²) factory in Consett, County Durham — by in-house chemists working together with experienced leather restorers, upholsterers and French Polishers. Every product undergoes rigorous testing to British Standards before it is approved. In addition to product manufacturing, the company operates a UK-wide network of repair technicians for leather, fabric and wood repairs as well as contract upholstery and custom-made seating for hospitality, healthcare, retail and other industries. More than 60 employees in the UK produce over one million products a year, which are sold worldwide.
