FWT GmbH Feinwerktechnik in Bingen has been active for over 33 years as a tooling dealer and manufacturing service provider for machine tool accessories. The product range includes collets and clamping technology, tool holders (SK, DIN 69871, HSK, VDI to DIN 69880), driven tools and drilling/milling heads with BMT interfaces, lathe accessories such as power chucks, flanges to DIN 6350 and DIN 55026–55029, cutting tools as well as machine vices made of special cast iron or steel. At its own plant, the company offers a regrinding service for collets (special sizes) as well as custom assembly of driven tools, whose gearboxes and couplings are of German manufacture and produced in the EU. Each driven tool is tested on an automated test bench for speed, vibration, noise, temperature and coolant pressure and is delivered with a conformity/warranty certificate and a geometric 3D measurement report from Zeiss. Customers come from the metal processing industry, mechanical and plant engineering, tool and mould making, and precision mechanics. In addition to tools, the company supplies auxiliary materials and operating supplies, semi-finished material stock and workshop supplies such as marking systems and deburring equipment.
