About FZ Getränke
FZ Getränke is a family business founded in 1953 in Roßhaupten in the Allgäu region, producing homemade lemonades and, as a beverage wholesaler, distributing a full range of lemonades, beer, wine, water, juices, coffee and spirits. Its own production comprises around 20 varieties of lemonades and Schorle, filled in the company's own bottling facility with a capacity of 10.000 bottles per hour (since 2015). In addition to bottle filling, the company offers contract bottling, bag-in-box filling of syrups for the catering industry and keg beer filling on a KEG system from Albert Frey AG; a KUKA robot has handled the loading and unloading of palletized kegs since 2016. Its customers include the catering industry, hotels, events and end consumers; since 2010, FZ Getränke has operated a Paulaner depot in the Oberallgäu. At the Roßhaupten site, the company has production and warehouse halls, an administration building, the Zimmermann Markt beverage store and the Weinrampe with wine consultancy.

On 25.07., Franz Zimmermann founds a small lemonade factory in Roßhaupten; production initially in the wash kitchen, delivery to surrounding villages.

Report by the Füssener Blatt on the transition to a hygienically clean bottling operation.

Son Franz Junior, a trained beverage specialist, joins his parents' business.

Franz Junior takes over the business with his wife Johanna; new bottling system.
