About G+F Sondermaschinen
G+F Sondermaschinen GmbH is a mechanical engineering company based in Oberzent in the Odenwald. The company offers contract manufacturing and special-purpose machinery construction from a single source: from design with 3D CAD (SolidWorks) through manufacturing to on-site assembly including training, maintenance and spare parts procurement. The contract manufacturing services include CNC milling (3- and 4-axis) for workpieces up to 2300 mm in length, turning by CNC, cycle-controlled and conventional machines up to 450 mm in diameter, cylindrical and surface grinding, die sinking EDM, laser marking, glass bead blasting as well as welding work in steel, stainless steel and aluminium; sheet metal cutting and bending are possible up to 2000 mm width. The focus is on machining stainless steels, brass and aluminium alloys, and also plastics in special-purpose machinery construction. The company builds special-purpose machines such as packaging machines for food processing and gluing presses for the furniture industry, and supplies precision components among others to medical technology and construction machinery manufacturers. Around 520 projects are realized each year, and the machine park comprises approximately 25 machines.
